2. Voice and Microphone Access
Sublime may request access to your device's microphone when you choose to record your own affirmations.
Microphone access is used to enable recording features within the app. Sublime does not access your microphone unless permission has been granted through your device.
You can change microphone permissions at any time through your device settings.
Voice recordings may be processed or stored as necessary to create and provide the audio features you request. Depending on the feature used, information may also be processed by third-party service providers that help us provide audio generation, storage, or related functionality.
We do not use your microphone to continuously listen to or monitor you.
3. AI and Generated Content
Sublime may use artificial intelligence and third-party AI services to provide features such as:

- Personalized affirmation generation

- Text-to-speech generation

When you use these features, relevant information you provide may be transmitted to the service provider responsible for generating the requested output.
For example, text you submit for generated speech may need to be sent to a text-to-speech provider to create the requested audio.
We aim to send only the information reasonably necessary to provide the feature you request.
AI-generated content may contain errors or produce unexpected results. Generated content should not be considered medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

Sublime may offer paid subscriptions and other purchases through Apple's App Store.
Payments made through the App Store are processed by Apple. We do not directly receive or store your full payment card information.
We may receive information necessary to determine your subscription status, purchased product, transaction status, renewal status, or entitlement to paid features.
Apple's handling of payment and account information is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.
7. Storage and Retention
We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security of Sublime.
Different types of information may be retained for different periods depending on how they are used.
User-created content, including affirmations and audio, may remain associated with your account while necessary to provide features such as saving and replaying your Sublimes.
