These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sublime mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Sublime provides tools for creating personalized affirmation and subliminal audio using written affirmations, voice recordings, generated speech, background audio, and other personalization features.
By accessing or using Sublime, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Sublime with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Sublime complies with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Your Account
Certain features of Sublime may require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for activity that occurs through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information where required and to notify us if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect Sublime, our users, or the security of the Services.

- Voice recordings
- Generated speech
- Subliminal audio
- Background sounds or audio
- Personalized goals and intentions

We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or operate in exactly the same way.
4. User Content
You may provide content to Sublime, including affirmations, written intentions, voice recordings, preferences, and other material (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your original User Content.
By submitting User Content to Sublime, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, transmit, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Services you request.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload, record, or otherwise provide through Sublime.
5. Voice Recordings
Sublime may allow you to record your voice and use those recordings to create personalized audio.
You may only record, upload, or use voices and recordings that you have the legal right and appropriate permission to use.
You may not use Sublime to impersonate another person, deceptively reproduce another person's voice, violate another person's privacy or publicity rights, or create unlawful or harmful audio.
6. AI-Generated Content
Certain Sublime features may use artificial intelligence or third-party AI services to generate affirmations, text, speech, audio, recommendations, or other content.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, repetitive, or unexpected.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on or using it.
Sublime does not guarantee that AI-generated content will produce any particular personal, emotional, financial, relationship, health, career, or other outcome.
Generated content should not be treated as medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
7. Personal Development and Wellness Disclaimer
Sublime is intended for personal development, affirmation, relaxation, wellness, and entertainment purposes.
Sublime is not a healthcare provider, medical service, psychotherapy service, or mental health treatment.
Nothing provided through Sublime is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
Subliminals, affirmations, manifestation practices, and other content available through Sublime are not guaranteed to produce any specific result.
Your experiences and results may vary.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
8. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some Sublime features require a paid subscription or other purchase.
When purchasing through Apple's App Store, payment is charged through your Apple account and is subject to Apple's applicable terms and billing policies.
The price, billing period, trial period, and other subscription details will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Subscription pricing may vary by country, currency, platform, promotional offer, or subscription plan.
9. Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
If you purchase your subscription through Apple's App Store, you can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
Deleting Sublime from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not necessarily provide a refund for a billing period that has already begun.
10. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Sublime may occasionally offer free trials, introductory pricing, promotional pricing, or other offers.
Eligibility and duration may vary.
Unless cancelled before the applicable trial or promotional period ends, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the price disclosed when you accepted the offer.
The exact terms presented at the time you subscribe will control.
11. Refunds
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are generally subject to Apple's payment and refund policies.
Sublime does not independently control Apple's approval or denial of refund requests.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer protection rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sublime to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights

13. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and third-party materials, Sublime and its associated software, branding, interface, designs, graphics, text, features, trademarks, logos, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Sublime for its intended purposes.

Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, update, discontinue, or introduce features as Sublime evolves.
Where required by applicable law, material changes affecting paid Services will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of Sublime.
Our liability will not be limited or excluded where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of Sublime, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent responsibility arises from our own conduct or where such an obligation cannot legally be imposed.
19. Termination
You may stop using Sublime at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary because of:
- A serious or repeated violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Security concerns

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice before termination.
Termination does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed through a third-party platform such as Apple's App Store. Those subscriptions must be managed through the applicable platform.
20. Privacy
Your use of Sublime is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, processed, and stored.
Please review the Sublime Privacy Policy before using the Services.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Alberta, Canada.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Sublime evolves or as legal, technical, or business requirements change.
When we update these Terms, we will revise the effective date above.
Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
Your continued use of Sublime after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by applicable law.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented when you purchase or use a particular feature, constitute the agreement between you and us regarding your use of Sublime.
